MSPs have been a part of LogMeIn Resolve's customer base for years, and we understand the challenges MSPs face. Between multi-tenant complexity, margin pressure, the seemingly never ending to do list, and the need for solutions that truly push you forward, MSPs deserve partnerships that help them grow.

Because we know this market, we know that listening to our customers is critical. The feedback we've heard from MSP customers and prospects over the past year has been acted on in a variety of ways – how the product works, how we show up in the MSP community, and how we sell.

We want to share some exciting updates, and to assure you – this is just the start of even more innovation. Really, it's us going deeper — building on what's already working and making the case, more now than ever, that LogMeIn Resolve belongs in your MSP toolbelt.

What We've Shipped in Product in 2026

LogMeIn Resolve has had significant improvements to support MSP efficiency, security, and customer experience.

- HaloPSA Integration — Reimagined with tighter ticket sync, device context surfaced inside HaloPSA, and the ability to launch Resolve remote sessions directly from Resolve-created tickets in HaloPSA.
- Custom Branding per Tenant —MSPs can now white-label support sessions per client. Branded UI, logo, and visual customization for both attended and unattended sessions. A small thing that can go a long way with customers!
- Multi-Tenancy in Software Inventory — Strict tenant separation in Software Inventory. Per-tenant install counts, tenant-level filtering, audit-ready reporting. No cross-tenant data exposure.
- Acronis EDR/XDR Integration — In addition to the backup policies available, the Acronis integration has been enhanced so that EDR and XDR alerts now surface directly in Resolve. This makes it possible for techs catch threats where they're already working. Enhanced backup policies now support multiple backups per day.
- Smarter Patching - Patching has been enhanced with CVE/CVSS visibility and risk signals before you deploy, the ability to defer or exclude specific patches with a full audit trail, and AI-generated plain-language summaries with remediation steps when updates fail — so you can prioritize by actual risk and stay in your workflow from start to finish.
- AI that gives time back - Practical AI is available through Resolve's Virtual Technician generates and executes multi-step tasks from plain-language descriptions, one-click GoPilot Screen Analysis that reads errors and system state in real time, a prioritized Command Center surfacing AV issues, updates, and overdue tickets in one place, and an AI-Powered Session Insights Report that surfaces top issue categories and trends so you can make smarter decisions faster

"Resolve has profoundly changed our way of offering support and device management to our clients - increasing our ability to intervene simultaneously on multiple devices, keeping them always updated with patches, and guaranteeing security."

What's Up Next?

Coming Soon: The Innovation Doesn't Stop

There's even more to look forward to throughout the rest of the year and into 2027, including new integrations with popular MSP documentation tools, ensuring your team has access to the data they need without jumping between applications, and more control over policy management:

IT Glue — Surface Resolve session data and device info directly inside IT Glue. Better technician context, better audit trails.
Hudu — Connect Resolve activity with Hudu's documentation layer. Asset records that stay current without the manual busywork.

We will have even more to look forward to – be sure to stay tuned!

Practical MSP Conversations: A Podcast Built for MSPs

We've also launched The Practical MSP: Building Tomorrow's MSP, Practically — a podcast about running and growing an MSP. It won’t be product news; rather, we’ll focus on the real stuff: pricing, hiring, landing new clients, building a business that doesn't depend entirely on you.

The first episode covers MSP service pricing with guest Shawn Walsh. Shawn built his MSP from the ground up and scaled it across four states before a successful acquisition by a leading national IT services company. He learned every hard lesson there is about cash flow, staffing, client selection, and what it takes to build an MSP business with value beyond the owner's involvement.

What Else We Changed - And Why

MSP pricing built around how MSPs actually buy

We've simplified the options on our pricing page so it's straightforward to find the right fit — and there's always someone available to help right-size the deal if you want to talk it through.

Check out our updates to see how we can support your growing MSP business.

This Is a Starting Point, Not a Finish Line

These updates are not a one-time announcement. We’re committed to continuously improving how we show up for and partner with MSPs. An MSP partnering with LogMeIn can also expect a dedicated customer success team, elevated tier 2 support, and so much more.  Learn more about all the benefits here.

If you've looked at Resolve before and didn’t feel it was a fit, we'd ask you to take another look. And if you're already a customer — thank you! We hope you enjoy these improvements!
